National Conference - NCRTAC 07
This is a national level conference that brings together scientists and research scholars from across the country on a single platform. It will be a great opportunity for the students, scientists, engineers, scholars, researchers and teachers to exchange new ideas and research results in all aspects of the related fields. The technical programme of the conference consists of invited talks and contributory papers reporting original research and development work.

Symposium - Eklavya 2007
The Computer Science and Engineering Association hosts an annual national level technical symposium Eklavya 2007. It has been providing a platform for the budding software engineers from across the country to display their prowess in the various fields of computing. The theme for 2007 was Genetic and Parallel Computing.

PROJECT TITLES
1. ATM Networks and Intelligent Packet Filtering: The objects of this project is to simulate an overflowing ATM network and establish a router congestion control based on the GCRA algorithm
2. Digital Water Marking for Video Privacy Detection: The goal of this project is to use didgital watermarking techniques to detect video privacy. A digital watermark is a distinguishing piece of information that is adhered to the data that it is intended to project.
3. Dynamic Signature Verification using Pattern Recognition
4. Encryption and Decryption for Secure Communication WLAN: Aim of t5he project is to protect data from ensnares, this is particularly essential in the military field. The computer will encode the data using PSEUDO RANDOM BINARY sequence algorithm. The PIC decodes the the received data and separates it for each unit and displays the message on the display. The project has a provision to see the encoded data as text file in a computer or a CRO can also used at the transmitting point to view the encoded data.
5. Hand Written Character Recognition & Generation Using Artificial Neural Network: The purpose of this project is to take handwritten English characters as input, process the character, train the neural network algorithm, to recognize the pattern and modify the character to a beautified version of the input. Thus the project comprises of two parts - handwritten character and vertification.
