Our Bio-Medical Engineering program trains you to meet the growing
demands in the healthcare industry for the installation, testing, calibration,
preventative maintenance, sales and management of sophisticated electronic
and computer controlled medical equipment and systems. It combines
theory with hands-on practical, project-based learning of electronic circuits
and systems, bio-medical devices and systems, anatomy and physiology,
diagnostics imaging, dialysis systems, bio-medical instrumentaion, safety
standards and risk management.

Opportunities
You will assist physicians, nurses and medical staff with a variety of medical
and electronic equipment. You will also have the technical and management
skills to work for medical equipment manufacturers, sales and service
organizations, medical labs and regulatory institutions.
